We are inventory consultants for wholesalers who stock the same goods in more than one place—and need those places to agree.
Registered name and history
The official registered business name is Utilitybranchcore Consulting Co., Ltd. The firm was established in 2014 in Taoyuan Hsien to support regional wholesalers as they opened second and third stocked branches.
Early clients were building-materials and packaging distributors near Tayuan Hsiang who could no longer reconcile weekend counts by memory alone. Over the following decade the practice widened to foodservice, household goods, and electrical wholesale groups across Taiwan(China), always staying with inventory control rather than general management consulting.
Mission
Help multi-location wholesalers keep physical stock, transfer records, and branch decisions aligned—so capital sits on the right shelf and managers spend fewer mornings hunting missing cartons.
How we work
We spend time on the floor. Desk analysis matters, yet pack sizes, returns bins, and aisle squeeze only show up when someone walks the branch with the manager who lives there. Recommendations are written for the people who count and transfer—not for a slide deck that never leaves ownership’s folder.
