Rates for inventory control engagements
Figures below are starting points for planning. Final estimates reflect branch count, travel between sites, and how complete your transfer and count records already are.
Multi-Location Inventory Audit
From NT$48,000 per engagement
On-site and desk review of stock records, branch counts, and transfer habits across your wholesale network. Typical duration: 2–4 weeks depending on branch count. Format: Field audit with written findings.
Branch Replenishment Review
From NT$32,000
Examine how stock moves from central warehouse to each branch so shelves stay filled without overloading floor space. Typical duration: 10–14 days. Format: Operations review.
Stock Policy Workshop
From NT$22,000 per session
Facilitated sessions that turn tribal knowledge into written stock policies your managers can apply the same way in every branch. Typical duration: Half day or full day. Format: Half-day or full-day workshop.
Seasonal Buffer Planning
Quote based on SKU range and seasons covered
Plan how much extra stock each branch should hold before festival peaks, typhoon season disruptions, and supplier shutdown windows. Typical duration: 1–3 weeks. Format: Planning engagement.
What changes an estimate
- Number of stocked branches and distance from our Taoyuan base
- Whether observation days are required at every site or a sample of sites
- Depth of historical transfer and cycle-count records available at kickoff
- Need for a bilingual workshop or evening sessions with branch managers
- Combining an audit with a policy workshop in one calendar window
How billing works
Most engagements use a fixed project fee agreed before fieldwork begins, with a deposit to reserve dates. Workshop-only bookings may be billed per session. We do not sell monthly software seats; rates cover consulting time, travel within the agreed scope, and written deliverables.
