Pages describe inventory control consulting for multi-location wholesalers. Descriptions, timelines, and starting rates are informational. A binding scope and fee arise only when both parties sign or otherwise confirm an engagement document.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, brand marks, and downloadable materials remain the property of Utilitybranchcore Consulting Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and share links for ordinary business inquiry. You may not copy substantial portions for competing commercial use without written permission.
Deliverables in engagements
Unless an engagement letter states otherwise, written plans and workshop materials produced for a client are licensed for that client’s internal use. Redistribution as a commercial product requires prior written consent.
Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Utilitybranchcore Consulting Co., Ltd. is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content without a signed engagement. For contracted work, liability is limited as set out in the engagement letter and shall not exceed fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan(China). Courts with jurisdiction in Taoyuan Hsien shall have competence over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
